Job Summary
As a Digital Marketer, you will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies across our three brands. Your responsibilities will be focused on enhancing digital presence, engaging audiences, and driving performance through targeted marketing efforts.
Reports To: Brand and Digital Marketing Manager
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Support
- Implement and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.
- Collaborate with the team and execute strategies for social media and blog content to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
2. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions:
- Support in the development of targeted email campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention, analyzing performance metrics to optimize results.
- Develop media buying strategies to maximize reach and ROI, including managing ad placements and budget.
- Manage performance-driven campaigns, such as PPC and display ads, and analyze results to improve effectiveness.
3. Customer Engagement & Loyalty:
- Collaborate with customer experience, sales and marketing teams to design, implement, and manage the rewards program for Emkay Foods, developing strategies to promote and optimize the program through digital channels.
- Track the performance of digital marketing initiatives, including the rewards program, to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, driven self-starter with a creative problem-solving attitude.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation, social media, performance marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative and analytical mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with rewards or loyalty programs is a plus.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms is a plus.
